Main features
This machine,driven by 5 german servo motors for the main shafts linkage system,ensures the draftingratio accuracy among final drafting,mid-drafting,pre-drafting rollers and creels and ensures the transmission synchronization between all parts.
Using german high-speed vipa plc,color touch screen and CAN open bus-mastering control system,the servo system responds much more rapidly.
Using german ranging device to real-time monitor the winding diameter,it ensures the accuracy of the outside perimeter.
The original bobbin pressure compensation system guarantees the contant pressure by compensating the changing bobbin pressure automatically or manually.
Three-level drafting(pre,mid and final) and sideswaying of mid-drafting and reed device as whole meet all the reasonable technological requirements of yams.
Using high-precision camscan stop device to detect yam breakage and yarn missing.
With safty protection function of breaking when fail stop and fault shutdown and rapid braking.
